Ben Chen is the Principal Partner and Founder of MS2, a national leader in transportation data collection, management, and analysis.

His expertise pioneered the cloud-based Transportation Data Management System (TDMS) that is quickly becoming the standard for transportation data management around the United States.

With more than 30 years of experience in traffic engineering and transportation software development, he created the first version of the Traffic Count Database System in 1997 and went on to found MS2 in 2003.
